Welcome to Venango Training & Development Center, Inc. VTDC currently contracts to provide a multitude of rehabilitative, day programs with the Mental Health/Mental Retardation Administrations in Venango, Forest, Clarion, Crawford, Clearfield and Jefferson Counties, as well as, the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Blind and Visual Services and Oil City, Franklin, Titusville, Valley Grove, Cranberry, PENNCREST and DuBois School Districts. In addition, the Center contracts with both the Northwest and North Central Work Force Investment Youth Councils. VTDC employs over 100 regular staff and more that 280 trainees. Though all of it’s programs, the Center provides training to over 500 individuals.
